Aviatik Biography

Rising up from Akron, Ohio, the group of musicians knows as Aviatik ("ay-vee-attik") is not just a rock band, but the embodiment of an idea. With a name derived from World War I reconnaissance planes whose poor construction caused mid-air structural collapse, we stand as an icon for upward struggle against insurmountable odds. We are comprised of (seen above, left to right) Kevin Gerity on guitar & vocals, Michael McFarland Watson on guitar, vocals & keys, Alex Herman on bass, and Michael "Louis" Hausknecht on drums & percussion.
